For that reason, the people who will be involved, and their ability to work well together, is critical. DIRECT ATTENTION FROM PRINCIPALSWe have intentionally remained small enough that each project we take on receives direct attention from the principals, giving every project the benefit of our experience and expertise. Additionally, all of our projects receive a project manager and a dedicated project superintendent. PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH Our construction team, in partnership with the architect and owner is able to continually monitor, assess, and meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives using in-house project management tools that have been developed and refined as we have built over 200 high-end residential projects. We excel at identifying project constraints and challenges, and quickly finding solutions.
