Super G Capital, LLC ("SGC") provides $500k - $5mm structured debt solutions to lower middle market businesses across the country in need of financing for working capital, growth capital, acquisition capital, or special situations. We lend up to $5mm per transaction in the form of a structured term loan (9-36 month term) with flexible repayment, typically as a subordinated (second lien) lender and in certain cases as a senior lender to companies that need financing to become bankable. Headquartered in Southern California, SGC has provided in excess of $250mm to 150+ borrowers across a variety of industries. Second Lien Loans:Super G Capital is a market leader in providing second lien loans to companies who have additional capital needs beyond what their existing senior lender is willing to provide – we define this as the "stretch piece" to fill financing gaps (airballs). This product is tailored to companies who have an existing senior lender, can demonstrate sufficient cash flow/liquidity for debt service and are looking for a creative, non-dilutive capital solution. Second lien debt is an alternative to traditional mezzanine as our loans are shorter in duration and require amortization, but are covenant light and do not require equity. We typically finance companies that generate less than $5mm of EBITDA that are unable to access traditional mezzanine capital, require less than $5mm in capital or have shorter-term capital needs.
