We help make this process easier to understand from all angles. Final Inspection: When the contractor has finished the job, the case manager should call Koremen to perform a final inspection. During the final inspection, we will make sure that the contractors did the work that was required of them inside the bid packet. If there are still items that need addressed, we will relay those to the case manager for them to follow up with the contractor.
