Beyond Measure Fitness Training (BMFT) is a coaching gym designed to help people achieve goals they believe to be "impossible." We provide personal coaching for people with fitness and nutritional needs. Whether you are brand new to fitness, or have spent many years training, we have something just for you. Our private/semi-private atmosphere is what separates us from other fitness facilities. If you are someone new to fitness, our 1-on-1 and small group sessions are great because they limit the session size to just 1-4 members per session. There is never anyone roaming around our facility aimlessly, everything is led by a coach and is by appointment only.If you are more experienced with fitness and just need fun, new challenges, our large group sessions are perfect for you. All you have to do is show up. No more thinking, planning and roaming around the gym unsure if what you are doing is getting you closer to your goals!We also provide specialized training and nutritional support for athletes of all ages. No matter what sport you play, our Director of Training will design a program designed to put you in the best position possible to achieve your athletic goals.
