Over time he produced on average 150 refurb projects annually from the builder's side.While delivering these projects, he learned over time that there were fundamental pitfalls in how clients went about their refurbs & they were unaware their methodology was costing them time & money. In fact, they were empowering the builder. So, to validate his theory he spent 12 months in developing strategies, systems & framework that would take back the power to client while remaining mutually beneficial to the builder.His second point of validation was to sit down with the executive lead of Lutheran Services and explain his theory to which they committed to working with us in developing a complete overhaul of how to roll out their refurbishments.So where is Builda Connection today!We have now carefully hand-picked a few more clients delivering the same outcomes for them. For us, it's not about flooding the market & taken on any clients, firstly we need to know that our level of service is unobtainable to anyone else in the market place the first & every time.Secondly, the client needs to be a good fit & share the same moral compass and community spirit as us.
