It is the heartbeat of the brand. Created by Steve Uria, Switch was born in Cape Town, South Africa. Following the success of the first studio, expansion lead to erecting new Playgrounds (studios) in Johannesburg and New York City. Switch is more than just training. It’s about shifting gears, changing it up, and escaping the mundane, pushing from one station to the next with all the energy and vigour that your body can muster.
