Through Ashton Athletics they have found a vehicle through which they can properly teach sports and delve into true techniques and understanding of a sport, rather than just sending kids out onto a field and telling them to run around for an hour. We ensure that our coaches get the most out of our clients and that our coaching techniques are up-to-date.
