Packages available are standard PDIP and SMT. QFN and DFN Open Cavity Packages were added in year 2007. With package density of up to 640units per strip, such packages are used for a variety of IC application, from OPTICAL MOUSE, LED , FIBER OPTIC, MEMS Sensors (Proximity Switch, Timing clock chip, PIR , RF) and more. QFN Open Cavity opens up newer application especially Sensors and many are found in today's Smart Phone, Tablets, and Gaming Machines. Other application includes for QFN Open Cavity are Automotive and Medical Fluidic.OPTOSEM Plastic Business Groups supplies diverse products for the IT and Consumer Markets. OPTOSEM plastic products are found in Printers, Bar Code Scanner, Card Reader and POS. Other plastic products includes Precision Parts such as Gears and Optical lenses.As a value add service to our worldwide customers, OPTOSEM supports customers with Package Design, Turnkey Assembly and Box Built, the later completes with testing, alignment and Firmware, Driver. These products are complete and available for direct drop shipment by customers.
