We are lead by Principal Advisor, Steven L. Schwartz. Steven who, as for 6 years, lead FIU's Estate and Planned Giving Division. Steve was responsible for establishing the University's first "EPG" program and during his year tenure with FIU, raised $50+ Million in donor philanthropic investments.Our Mission: We educate and advise non-profits on strategies to empower them in becoming self-sustaining, mission-driven organizations. We accomplish this by assessment, design, and implementation of integrated fundraising strategies as well as board development and donor cultivation and solicitation.
