Our 300,000 square foot storage facility has eight different temperature zones. We tap into our extensive product knowledge and experience in the culinary field to educate our customers, suppliers, and one another. Most of our sales staff are experienced chefs. Partnering with our farms, we foster sustainability and local food traditions, sharing seeds, techniques, and technology. Sid Wainer & Son's relationship with local farms grows stronger every year. We purchase only from farms which are dedicated to quality and consistency and we purchase the best of the harvest.
