Advance Care Alliance of NY (ACA/NY) is dedicated to providing the support and services you or your loved one with an intellectual or developmental disability need to lead an active, healthy and fulfilling life. ACA/NY was formed by three provider networks—Alliance Care Network, Advance of Greater New York, and Long Island Alliance—who together represent more than 90 well-established, not-for-profit agencies operating in New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. ACA/NY's agencies provide high-quality services to over 25,000 people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families, funded and overseen by New York State's Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
