Marine & Yacht Management is comprised of a principle management team with extensive combined experience and network of 20 professional maritime and yacht experts operating in 15 countries. We focus on full time project management at the shipyard level for the duration of the project with every project manager assigned specifically to and only to your project. Your project manager has the responsibility for delivering your project completed as agreed, in a pristine hand over quality condition on time and on budget or better. Every project manager has a minimum 10 years previous shipyard managerial experience built on a technical trade's background each based full time at leading international yacht building centre's. Our project managers also have the capacity to drive any project as the Client's Technical Consultant and Client Representative using our own management package if the project is a semi custom production yacht. Because we have geared our services to operate internationally our clients benefit by our lower cost structure, our flexibility to operate in a wider selection of suitable yards that provides very competitive pricing. All project managers while working autonomously operate within the guidelines and principles set down by Marine Yacht Management.
