We are the country dairy of the north: In Holtsee, close to the Baltic Sea coast, we rely on valuable raw materials from the region and on genuine traditional craftsmanship for our cheese production. And with over 80 years of experience. Our claim then as now: the highest quality standards. We now produce 10,000 tonnes of cheese a year and receive 90 million kg of milk. We transform this into more than 20 different types of cheese and thus ensure an unmistakable taste experience in all meals. A taste experience that tastes of northern Germany. Of the coast. And like a holiday. Because you can taste our unique climatic conditions by the sea right through to our cheese - for example in our most popular classic, Holtseer Tilsiter, or in our Holtseer Cheddar with sea salt. And so it is that Holtseer cheese can now be found all over the world. As a local company, it is particularly important to us to take responsibility, create jobs and be a reliable employer.
