At the time, most clients managed their storage with either storage resource management (SRM) software or Excel spreadsheets and manual processes. SRM software products are wildly expensive and take significant time and effort to deploy and administer. On the other hand, the manual spreadsheet approach is even more time-intensive.There has to be a better way.With Visual Storage Intelligence, we launched an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that gives clients the insights that they need without the cost and complexity of traditional SRM products or the manual intensive approach of spreadsheets.What else makes us unique? We are 100% client driven. Since Day One of development, we have relied on a client council to give us direction. Customer insights have shaped our most distinctive features – including our non-intrusive implementation.Our agentless approach to data collection is done through REST API's and is initiated on prem at the client data center. The information is then sent to the cloud for visualization in a centralized dashboard – creating a single pane of glass across SAN/NAS/Object storage, storage network, virtual/physical hosts, hyperconverged, backup and cloud infrastructures.Our "white glove service" incorporates AI with a human touch to deliver consolidated alerting on a regular basis. Through these consistent analyses, we help our clients shift from reactive system management to a more proactive approach.
