Freezing is immediately done after harvest, at their peak degree of ripeness. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain enzymes that cause the loss of color, loss of nutrients and flavor changes. So these enzymes are inactivated to prevent such reactions from taking place.To protect the vegetables from enzymes, blanching is done. Blanching is the exposure of the vegetables to boiling water or steam for a brief period of time. It also helps to destroy microorganisms on the surface of the vegetable. For proper freezing of fruits and vegetables we follow I.Q.F process. Individual quick freezing is a freezing technique by which we freeze our fruits and vegetables. In this freezing process the fruits and vegetables are frozen at -40°C and are stored at -20°C. These frozen fruits and vegetables should be used within the suggested storage times.The dehydrated vegetables are processed at normal temperatures and stores from 4-8 degrees centigrade.Packing & Forwarding:Our Packing & Forwarding Process: • Packing is most important part of work in respect of our material• We are using good quality of Bubbles Plastic along with Corrugated Pitch Board Sheets during packing so that our material should reach to our valuable customer with safety and in good condition
