The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort was opened in 2009 as an exclusive Ayurveda Resort. The NABH and Green Leaf Certified Resort lies nestled amidst graceful coconut groves, spread over 18 acres of beautifully landscaped beach side gardens. Set on the breathtakingly beautiful and serene Nattika beach in Thrissur, Kerala - the place is a haven for Ayurveda & Yoga holiday makers from across the world. Our Accommodation includes 52 villas built in traditional architecture and comes in five categories. The Ayurveda Treatment Program is held under the personal guidance of our Ayurveda Doctors & Therapists at all stages. We have a medical team of 8 doctors comprising of a chief physicians, 4 consultant physicians & 2 Diet Consultants and over 70 Therapists under male and female category. Our guests normally stay for a period of 14 days and minimum stay is 7 nights. We offer both Rejuvenation and Panchakarma (Body purification Treatments). Sustainable and Excellence Initiatives Tennis Coaching – There is an on-site synthetic turf tennis court and we are providing coaching lessons every month for ten days to the local children. All the gear is supplied by the resort for the children. Food Recycling - We have 2 Bio Gas Facilities in our resort. The Methane generated is used for cooking purposes. Complete Treatment of Waste Water - There are a total of 3 Sewage Treatment Plants and 1 Effluent Treatment Plant in the Resort. Botanical Garden of 14 acres Includes – 2 Butter Fly Gardens amid the canopy of 1800 palm trees and a Nakshatra Vana as well as Herbal Garden. Plastic Free Resort – We use no plastics in the resort. For E.g. All the drinking water is given in recycled sterilized glass bottles for guest usage. Internship Program for German Students. Organic Farm – Located just 50 meters from the main resort.
