Highway Concessions (#HC1) is a road investment platform for Global Infrastructure Partner. Global Infrastructure Partners (#GIP) manages two infrastructure funds namely India Infrastructure Fund (1&2) (Funds), which own several infrastructure assets including seven majority and five minority road assets. HC1 is road platform which manages the majority road assets of Indian Infrastructure Fund and provides governance oversight to minority assets. These road assets are in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Meghalaya. Currently HC-1 manages 7 road assets– 5 Toll and 2 Annuity projects, located across 7 different states in India. While management of road platform is USP of brand, HC-1 take pride in the astute and accurate due diligence of assets to offer investors the proposal to take right and informed decision. 35+ member strong team based out of Mumbai office carries excellent experience in operational management of road assets including operations & maintenance, merger and acquisition, regulatory, contracts, finance, accounting, secretarial and human resources.HC-1 focuses on governance through standardized systems / processes and independent oversight; Operational efficiencies driven by streamlining processes, use of technology and plugging leakages. We take pride in operating the asset with best in class Health, Safety and Environmental Management practices along with ABC (Anti Bribery and Corruption) compliance.HC1 not only manages the road assets but also undertakes initiatives to maximize equity return for shareholders.
