Ezy Chef was established in 2008 with its core capability of texture modifying vegetables & fruits into a texture C Puree. Today the business is one of the largest Pumpkin processors with its range of Fresh Cuts, Chunky & Puree offered in chilled and aseptic. Ezy Chef's directors are exposed to over 140 years of experience in the Food industry. We are proud to use 100% Australian grown produce to manufacture wonderful and easy to use Puree & Mash. The range of current SQF, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL certified products include Pumpkin Fresh Cuts, Vegetable Puree, Fruit Puree, Vegetable Blends, Fruit Blends, Vegetable & Fruit Juices, Sauces, Fruit Coulis and Toppings, Soups and more recently Meat Puree. Ezy Chef also process ORGANIC purée through back to back grower contracts.In May 2019, Ezy Chef Launch it's NOURISHING Range (IDDSI) of ready to eat retail Soups, Mash, Spread and Toppings. Products are available through selected Independent stores and On-Line in Victoria.Late in 2020, Ezy Chef will relaunch the iconic PATRA juice brand back on the market. This is in keeping with its core purpose of ‘Making a positive difference in people's lives' as PATRA was initially launched by one of its directors Nick Thyssen in 1960.
