ASCC is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides quality mental health counseling to uninsured and underinsured residents of Western North Carolina. Fees for counseling are on a sliding-scale basis, with no one turned away for inability to pay.Our 20+ licensed therapists provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy addressing issues that include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addiction recovery, grief, life transitions, postpartum depression, parenting issues, sexuality orientation or gender identity issues (LGBTQ affirming), relationship counseling, and counseling for victims of crime and domestic violence. Bilingual English/Spanish counseling is also available.
