Who are we? Lori Kucky & Susan Hempler are the Co-founders of Perm Med Solutions, which was founded in 2009. A woman-owned and operated boutique healthcare recruitment company specializing in full-time permanent placement in areas of nursing, nursing leadership, allied health, and other healthcare-related positions all over the country. We bring to the table well over 30 year's permanent placement recruitment experience in the medical industry. After working in large recruitment firms for many years we saw a rapid fall in customer service and care in the industry. So two single moms with a lot of experience in the market to stay small and stay true to what we believe is the big picture.
