Atlas Performance and CrossFit is a 10,000 sq ft facility where we believe that everyone is an athlete and deserves to train like one. Not every athlete trains the same way, which is why we focus on offering an incomparable amount of variety in our programming at our two locations. While both of our locations are within a CrossFit gym, we understand that CrossFit may not be for every Atlas athlete, and that is okay! CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
