Providing scientific based conditioning and clinical exercise physiology. Our main focus is on increasing the efficiency of joint mechanics to aid in the progression of a person's goals. All of the work that we do with people is based upon the most recent research performed in exercise physiology and body mechanics. The span of concerns our clients include adolescent autistic youths, geriatrics, accident victims quad / paraplegics, stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal fusion, post surgical, cancer athletes, weight loss and general fitness. Our scientific approach means that the process is always being evaluated to ensure maximum affects in the shortest amount of time. As a educational resource, we provide continuing education for health and fitness professional and enthusiast. We promote functional movements and exercise that directly correlates to normal human movement. Non-professional fitness enthusiast and athletes are welcome to attend our classes. All classes can be used for education credits for ACSM, ACE and NSCA.
