Center of Workforce Innovations (CWI) is a nonprofit multi-faceted, multi-management workforce development organization with its pulse on employment, education, and economic development.A catalyst for community and business investment in workforce, education, and economic development, building and enhancing collective capacity to succeed in a new global economy. The Strategic Solutions Department of CWI provides consulting and project management services for customers nationally and in Northwest Indiana. The Strategic Solutions department work focuses on connecting private sector leaders with policy makers from government, education, economic development, labor, and community-based organizations to develop strategic action plans that are grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data.
