Founded in 1907, ULCT is a nonpartisan, interlocal cooperative working to strengthen the quality of municipal government and Administration in Utah's Cities and Towns. The League serves the incorporated municipalities of the State of Utah and represents municipal interests with a strong, unified voice at the state and federal levels. ULCT provides information, training, and technical assistance to local officials. ULCT also works to create a greater public awareness and understanding of municipal responsibilities, governance, authority, and administration.
