Bright Pictures develops and produces feature films with artistic, social and commercial value. Based in London, the company was formed in 2006 when Producer Sarah Sulick and Writer/Director Roger Goldby teamed up to make Goldby's feature film debut THE WAITING ROOM. It has received development funding for its projects from the BFI, Creative Europe and an eclectic group of private investors, including Quintessentially founder Aaron Simpson and Oscar-winning lyricist Sir Tim Rice. Bright Pics latest film, HONEYTRAP, premiered at the BFI London Film Festival 2014 where the film's writer/director Rebecca Johnson was nominated for the 'Best British Newcomer' Award. It had its US premiere at the SXSW Film Festival and has been in official selection at the Montreal World Film Fest and Cairo International Film Fest. Bright Pictures' upcoming feature, THE TIME OF THEIR LIVES, is set to begin shooting in spring 2016.
