Aamoksh One Eighty is a joint venture company between Aamoksh Leisure Living Pvt. Ltd. and One Eighty of USA. The company is in the business of managing, developing, designing and operating retirement communities. It focuses on providing lifestyle services to seniors and provides both independent and assisted living services. In 2010, Aamoksh One Eighty launched the first community "Anandam" at the foothills of Kodaikanal. This property, spread over 121 acres, is a part of an integrated township under the name of Bahri Beautiful Country, which will house, other than the retirement homes, villas for a second / weekend home, Golf course, Medical centre, Spa, Resort, Club house and Food Court. There will be 169 independent villas and row houses in the format of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with large open spaces and senior friendly features and amenities. In June 2013, Aamoksh One Eighty announced its second project "Aamoksh @ Kasauli" in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.It promises an idyllic life in which fun, laughter and bonhomie fill your day between technicolor sunrises and sunsets.There will be 88 centrally heated apartments in 1 and 2 bedroom and studio configurations .The property also offers a luxurious club house, common dining, café, medical room, meditation area, salon and spa, a movie theatre and central laundry, among other things. The other cities Aamoksh One Eighty is exploring include Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Jaipur. The company is targeting around 5-6 centres in the next 5 years. Eventually the company would like to explore the opportunity to expand the operations to the Asia region .
