Sporty, together, respectful, disciplined working on defense, fall, control and combat techniques with a view to a resilient, controlled and respectful existence full of self-confidence. We do this through judo, mixed combat techniques, gym for seniors, self-defense courses and the like. Always in a pleasant atmosphere and respectful of each other. We are also happy to provide or support other social activities such as a neighborhood meeting or a cup of coffee or fresh tea (minimum 16 types of loose tea) with like-minded people, a sports camp, first aid training, children's party or the like!
