Bridging Hope Counseling is a group mental health practice located in Buffalo, Lino Lakes and Rogers, MN. We do individual, couple and family counseling. We also offer Experiential DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills groups, and Daring Way™ Groups. We help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, teen/adolescent issues, children separation issues, divorce, trauma/abuse, life transitions, communication struggles. We have therapists who do sand tray therapy, play therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other modalities.
