Focusing is a way of paying attention to what you know intuitively or implicitly in any situation, and articulating that, so that you can make decisions and further steps which contain the whole of the situation. It is a process that frees you to notice what you yourself know about any situation you have experienced or are experiencing, by connecting you with your "felt sense." The Focusing Institute exists to free human beings to be whole selves. We do this by making the process of Focusing and felt sense literacy available wherever it can be of help.
