We are dedicated to staff development and employ some of the areas top fundraising professionals, member service associates, swim instructors, group fitness instructors, lifeguards, certified personal trainers, and child care and camp professionals. In 2014 we won the Lake Geneva Chamber of Commerce Community Betterment Award and the YMCA was voted the best fitness facility and won the 2014 Best of Walworth County Award.
