We help 3 different kinds of people/business. We enjoy helping young individuals and families just starting to "deal with Insurance" for the first time. Insurance is not rocket science but it is not easy either. Same with new businesses, we have the passion (and the patience) to help them focus on what they do best—grow their business. The second group is high net worth clients who do not like dealing with the particulars of insurance. They need an expert. More importantly, they want an advocate looking out for them and their best interest. Third type of client, we really enjoy working with, are people who want to be able to trust someone. As a Rotarian, I take ethics very seriously. It is important for our clients to know our philosophy: we will ask for your business only if we can improve your position, either by increasing your coverages, bettering your service or by decreasing your premiums.
