ALL 4S RESCUE LEAGUE is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides basic resources to pet owners in under served areas of Memphis. All 4s Rescue League improves the lives of pets in Memphis communities by educating pet owners and providing adequate shelter, food, supplies and spay and neuter services for their pets at no charge. In addition, we deliver to the citizens of Memphis awareness of the desperate conditions these animals endure, and bridge partnerships that will eventually facilitate an end to this crisis.
