VPM uses the power of media to educate, entertain and inspire. As a PBS and NPR member station, we create and broadcast content on our television and radio channels to promote lifelong learning. VPM is the largest locally owned and operated media company in the region. We reach more than 300,000 people of every age, demographic and income level in central Virginia through our television (WCVE, WCVW, WHTJ and WVPT) and radio (88.9 WCVE in Richmond, 89.1 WNVC in the Northern Neck, and 90.1 WMVE in Chase City) channels. VPM programming can also be accessed online at vpm.org where viewers can stream On Demand content or listen to our radio shows through the station's HD1 and HD2 channels.
