The Daksha Fellowship is a first-of-its-kind law, policy and business fellowship for young lawyers, public policy professionals and other graduates with a prior foundation in law. Spread over a year in residence, the fellowship's unique curriculum and experiential learning components are designed to impart students with specialized knowledge through legal and non-legal courses, in-depth sectoral understanding and a rich and wide array of skills essential for them to deal with the world of work. A focused internship program to channelize industry exposure, pedagogic innovation that enhances the presence of domain experts and global exposure through immersion programmes and institutional partnerships are some of the key highlights of the program. Students will also build toolkits to effectively communicate and enhance their well being through experiential labs and boot camps. By combining academic rigour with top-notch curriculum design, industry exposure and global engagement, the Fellowship moulds young lawyers and policymakers to find their own Daksha, abilities and skill-sets that help them shine in the world.
