We work with children who have it tough. Right now there are thousands of children who need our support. Some are living with a disability Some are living with serious illness Some are living with life-limiting conditions They live in the highest areas of deprivation in the country These children deserve our attention. We believe every child has the right to dream, no matter who they are or where they live. What is a Dream? Home Makeover: Bedrooms and gardens reimagined by our team of dreams makers Community Space Makeover: Sensory rooms and outdoor playgrounds for the whole community Getaway: Holidays and experience days built to inspire for the long run -------------------- Small change, Big impact Programme: This programme aims to improve the daily lives of isolated children through access to vital equipment and technology.
