Promoting hope and healing for families within our community through professional, inclusive and holistic services and training. Our team has expertise in trauma treatment. We work from a relationship- based treatment model to provide support to families, couples, adults, youth and children. Our staff are trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, play based models including Theraplay and Mindfulness Stress Reduction. We also develop and deliver professional workshops on PTSD, developmental trauma, attachment, providing trauma informed care, relational teaching: supporting trauma informed schools, general mental health, compassion fatigue, creating healthy workplace, team building and leadership, medically complex children and attachment, etc.
