It is a proven stress management technique & a powerful way to resolve stress based issues on both a personal & collective level. NLP, EFT & Hypnotherapy are commonly & successfully used to renew the mind, lower stress, transform beliefs & reprogram the subconscious for improved health, happiness & performance. I work with clients 1:1, in workshop settings & also on ZOOM. Currently I am specialising with target groups to lower chronic pain, ease the distress & overwhelm associated with traditional cancer treatments, parents of children with challenging health issues, exhausted entrepreneurs, injured athletes to improve recovery rates, PTSD suffers & fatigued frontline essential workers to assist them to regulate their stress. Another aspect of personalised service is to train my clients to harness their body/mind connection to enhance health & joy.
