A few years ago, love for soup inspired us to create and perfect the recipe of a quick dissolving chicken powder. The launch of this chicken powder required a name, and ‘dashi' being a specific type of stock, essential for all Japanese soups, was an appropriate choice. The product was then introduced in rather humble packing as Dashi's chicken powder. Its success motivated Dashi's growth and today, Dashi International is a rapidly growing company in the convenience food sector with a significantly wide range of products that are available in the USA, Middle East and Pakistan.
