Dolled Up Desserts is Hamilton's award winning gluten free and vegan bakery and baking mix production company. We design simple and innovative treats, flour blends and recipes for people with dietary differences. Differences range from severe anaphylaxis to a conscious ethical choice. Our products were created to improve the quality of allergen free baked goods for all people, whether they are made at home or bought ready to eat. Simultaneously, our goal is to reduce the stigma of allergen free products as unappetizing and difficult to prepare.We help build community through what we like to call #inclusivedessert. This is dessert innovated at the highest standard to be shared proudly without shame, doubt or sacrifices. All of our products, from our lavender lemon cookies to our infamous brownie mix, are made at the highest level of quality control to gain the trust and loyalty of all customers with or without allergies. We are constantly pushing the boundary of what allergy free dessert should taste like. We take inspiration from molecular gastronomy, food science and traditional French baking methods – all of which rely heavily on ingredients with allergens. Using food as advocacy, we have transcended being just a bakery. We are a relatable ally in the battle against non-inclusive food gatherings, allowing people to take control of their life through one of life's symbols of celebration: dessert.Although our products range significantly, the following remains true to all that we do: Quality Control: all products contain less than 5 ppm of the top 8 allergens. We follow strict protocols to ensure cross contamination is reduced. We source certified allergen free ingredients to ensure that these criteria are met. Health Benefits: Our products contain zero artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.Socially Conscious Production: Our ingredients are sourced from Ontario-based suppliers or direct from Canadian manufacturers.
