Biological data is exploding exponentially. The technical issues this introduces are formidable and challenging. The technical issues do not stop here since data requires interpretation. The more complex the data the more complex the interpretation. This compounds the technical issues to a new complexity level. The traditional informatics tools for interpretative world (i.e. Expert systems, AI) are distinct and separate to the traditional data analysis and data centric informatics. The latter far outnumber the former and these two families have grown independently. We propose a new technical solution where a seamless and innovative combination of the big data analysis and big knowledge is proposed and represents the only viable informatics solution to the current complexity predicament of the health market. We term this innovative approach Big Computable Knowledge.
