They feel helpless and hopeless, and the impact goes far beyond their health and self-esteem, affecting their ability to provide for their family and their future.As the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, operating two Homeless Assistance Centers in downtown Miami and Homestead, we have continually been recognized as a national model for our comprehensive approach to helping the homeless.Our Mission StatementProvide comprehensive programs and services in collaboration with others that empower our residents with dignity and respect to overcome homelessness and achieve and maintain long-term self-sufficiency.Since its founding in 1995, Chapman Partnership has had more than 120,000 admissions including, 25,000 children in Miami-Dade County. Chapman Partnership operates two Homeless Assistance Centers with 800 beds located in downtown Miami and Homestead. The average length of stay for single adults is 89 days and families with children 133 days with an 86% success rate of moving people who complete the program from homelessness to self-sufficiency.At Chapman Partnership, we empower homeless men, women, and children to build a positive future by providing the resources and assistance critical to growth and independence. We provide a comprehensive support program that includes emergency housing, meals, health, and psychiatric care, daycare, job training, job placement, and assistance with securing stable housing.
