About NanoCoolSince 2005 NanoCool has produced cost-effective, compact and unconventional temperature controlled packaging using innovative technology. NanoCool develops, tests and manufactures its products at company headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico. To support its target markets of healthcare and life sciences, NanoCool has made major investments in quality (including ISO 9001-2008 certification), manufacturing infrastructure and supply chain security. A recently added building has more than doubled the square footage of our plant, allowing us to expand capacity and improve efficiencies for our growing business. NanoCool is a subsidiary of NanoPore Incorporated. NanoPore was founded in 1993 with the purpose of commercializing high porosity/large-surface-area materials for a wide range of applications — including adsorption, gas separation, advanced thermal insulation, low-K dielectrics and optics. NanoPore currently has thermal management research & development and manufacturing activities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Technologies include: advanced thermal insulation, evaporative cooling, and energy storage using PCM-based thermal batteries.
