Founded in 1989, Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. (S&P), is a construction company as firmly rooted in traditional values as we are relentless in our pursuit of cutting-edge tools and technology. S&P built the first building in Houston to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Core and Shell certification.
