Since 1982, we provide comprehensive treatment for opioid addiction/use disorder in an outpatient clinic setting with medication assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone and buprenorphine. We specialize in dual/multiple diagnosis patients and integrate psychiatric treatment with opioid addiction treatment. Our highly qualified and experienced staff provide individual case management, multiple educational and therapeutic groups, ear acupuncture ("acudetox"), and yoga. Our additional psychiatric treatments provided by our full time, board certified Psychiatrist including medication management and EMDR for PTSD symptoms as clinically indicated. Our affordable weekly fees include both medication and all services. We provide both long term "maintenance" treatment and short term medication tapers but longer term treatment is generally recommended as the standard of care for this chronic and relapsing disorder. Time in medication assisted treatment (MAT) is the best predictor of long term success. We also help people taper off medication when they are ready.
