By transforming the delivery of today's eye-care, we are improving patient access to intuitive and affordable diagnostics and treatments. To accomplish these goals, we develop, market and commercialize transformative innovations in diagnostics, sensing, and preventative / medical / surgical treatments for eye diseases.We were formed in August 2020 as a joint venture between Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet company, and Santen, a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company.
