Tal Eslick has been active in the public service and advocacy world for over 15 years, bringing experience and a focus on problem solving to his clients.Tal excels at developing and executing coalition building, public affairs/advocacy, and stakeholder engagement campaigns. He also provides tremendous value to his clients through strong, personal relationships with local, state and federal policymakers as well as key business and community leaders. Before starting Eslick Public Affairs, Tal served in various senior external affairs roles with a large California energy company. Prior to joining the private sector, he held state and federal government roles including Chief of Staff in the United States Congress and California Assembly. Tal graduated from California State University, Fresno with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Masters of Business Administration. He and his wife Rachel live in Sacramento, California with their daughter Mary.
