With an unparalleled 98.4% pick up rate, this free publication is one of the most-read magazines in the area, with all archived issues also available for online reading. The Downtowner is also the only publication available in all the upscale condos and apartments as well as local hotels, fine restaurants, dental offices, salons, chambers of commerce, government buildings, law offices, and hundreds more desirable locations.Unlike most other local publications, the Downtowner heavily utilizes social media to help promote its advertising clients as well as local events, charities, and community.
