We help communities in rural India reach their potential through three steps 1. Build an army of Village Visionaries - 18-30 year olds with at least 12 pass with a track record of leadership and service 2. Connecting the dots - Building and strengthening existing associations, such as school management committees, teacher networks, and Self Help Groups 3. Getting stuff done - Help the community launch projects and holding them accountable for reaching their goals What this looks like in practice is 19-year-old Razia mobilizing her community and building a women's organization based on their strengths. Women then set a vision of getting employed, so she taught them how to get job cards and are now able to work.
