With a headcount of 50 full-time consulting professionals, SAMS HR Consulting Division ranks among the top three executive search and payrolling agencies, dedicated to the social sector, in the country. The Division has +50 key clients and filled more than 40,000 vacancies to date. We are respected for deploying robust and transparent processes and successfully executing complex engagements, within stringent timelines and to the full satisfaction of our clients.SAMS has handled large, complex, TPP engagements for UN Agencies and INGOs, since 2008. Our first TPP engagement was for WHO and comprised the provision of payrolling and administrative supervision of a large network of 100 highly qualified Medical Consultants for the WHO-Revised National TB Control Programme (2008-12). SAMS today payrolls around 4,500 resource persons on employment and/or consultancy modality, for different clients. SAMS is headquartered in Delhi and operates on a pan-India basis. Our projects are directed and managed by a central team of senior consultants, relying on site visits, real-time team collaboration software, and strong process controls. This ensures uniformity in the approach we follow across all locations, as well as overall cost efficacy.
