So far, the management members of the real estate development company have managed 1.5 million square meters of built-in area, completed 52 projects, rented 314,000 square meters of retail and office space and sold 3200 apartments.The experience of our expert staff is the guarantee of creating an inspiring, modern living space and work environment, while the expertise of the parent company ensures the quality of implementation and the exact delivery of deadlines.Our first investment is the BudaPart project, which aims to create a unique 21st century district in the Lágymányosi Bay area of about 54 hectares. By the end of the development, almost half of BudaPart will remain a green area (26 hectares), including one of the most exclusive public parks in Budapest, the Kopaszi Dam.Besides the ongoing BudaPart project, new projects are also under preparation.
